Our commitment

BAINSA wants its website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who navigate with a keyboard, screen reader, magnification, voice input, or reduced-motion settings. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

This is a statement of our target and current work, not a claim that every page or third-party item has passed a complete independent conformance audit.

Measures built into the site

  • semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and descriptive page titles;
  • keyboard-operable navigation and controls with visible focus indicators;
  • responsive layouts intended to reflow at high zoom and narrow widths;
  • semantic light and dark themes with contrast-aware states;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative-image handling;
  • reduced-motion support for interface animation;
  • clear validation messages and focus management in the contact form.

Technical basis

The website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and assistive technologies using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG, and WAI-ARIA where native HTML alone does not express a control’s state. Older browsers or unusual combinations may not provide the same experience.

Known limitations

We are currently aware of areas that need continued review:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile is a third-party security widget. If it prevents you from using the contact form, email us directly.
  • Older uploaded research files or PDFs may not yet provide a fully tagged and accessible document structure. Contact us for an accessible alternative.
  • Content and services on external websites are outside BAINSA’s technical control.

Assessment and review

This statement was prepared on 7 September 2026 following self-evaluation of the website’s component rules, automated checks, keyboard behaviour, responsive layouts, theme contrast, and reduced-motion handling. Accessibility is reviewed as the site changes. A complete independent audit has not yet been carried out.

Request help or report a problem

If you cannot access content or complete a task, write to board@bainsa.ai. Please include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you used if you are comfortable sharing it.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly and to provide the information in an accessible format or explain the next corrective step.

Reference standard

Our target is based on WCAG 2.2 (opens in a new tab), published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We use its perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust principles to guide design and engineering decisions.
